The hotel had a great location, very close to the main attractions. the staff was friendly and welcoming. They gave us a warm welcome drink upon arrival, which was a great touch. the room was nicely decorated and had a comfortable bed. the breakfast was good with decent options. the shuttle service was a great convenience, as we didn't have to worry about finding transportation.
the air conditioning in the room was not working initially, and it took a few hours for someone to come and fix it.
